Whether you need a ride to the hospital, a ride home from the hospital, or a round-trip ride to a doctor’s appointment, family event, or other destination, our transporter teams provide safe, comfortable, professional, and pleasant “door through door” service. That means they will come all the way to you, whether you’re at home or in a facility.

Wheelchair Transport

For those who use Wheelchairs to get around we offer the perfect service for you. Our drivers are expertly trained in handling both manual or automatic wheelchairs. 

Don't have your own wheelchair? No worries, all our trucks carry an extra standard size wheelchair and we will be more than happy to assist you in using it.

Stretcher Transport

Are you in need of Non-emergency Medical Transportation via Stretcher or Gurney? Let us help get you to your rehab, home, or other destinations. 

All our trucks are equipped with highly rated comfortable stretchers and our attendants are highly trained on how to use of them. Ride flat or upright, whatever is comfortable to you. Have our attendant sit with you to ensure your comfort or have your own family member or nurse join you. 

Bariatric is based upon BMI and weight. If you have any questions about weight requirements for bariatric trips, please call (913) 229-5060. We are always happy to help.
Oxygen Provided Transportation
For the comfort of our patients we can supply oxygen at an additional charge if requested or required. We offer up to 15 liters of oxygen. 

When our highly-qualified, transportation staff picks up the rider, they are fully aware of any additional needs they may have. Our riders may receive oxygen giving them a more comfortable ride.

Door through Door Wheelchair & Stretcher Transport:

Unlike other service providers at Fireman transport we treat our members like family. Thus, when we arrive, we greet you or your loved one at the door, help get you situated into the vehicle, and ensure your safety by making sure all seat belts are fastened and all safety checks have been performed. We then transport you to your desired destination, assist you with disembark, and get you checked into your appointment. 

If you have a wheelchair or stretcher, we’ll use yours. If you don’t have your own there is no need to worry because we have a fleet of high-quality medical transportation accessories available for you.  
We are privileged to be able to provide transportation for wheelchair and stretcher-bound clients requiring additional assistance.
